Wax melts are best stored in a cool dark place that is dry.

What is the term 'scent throw' that you mention?

This term scent throw we use is to describe how strong the fragrance is and how far it travels around your home. Our wax melts should fill the room they are being melted in, but many customers say that is can be smelt all over there home.

How long do wax melts last once opened?

If your wax melts are stored in the correct way they will last 12+ months. They are likely to last much longer but fir them to be at there best, we recommend they are used within 12 months.

Do wax melts evaporate?

Wax melts to not evaporate like a candle does. Once you can no longer smell the fragrance then just dispose of the wax in accordance with your local guidelines. Never pour melted wax down the sink/plugholes.

How do i remove the wax from the warmer?

We have found with our wax melts once cooled come away from the edge of the burner and loosen off and can be popped out. This sometimes depends on the fragrance but the wax has to be cold. Another way is to slightly warm the wax for around 15 seconds and slightly push it so it loosens off the warmer. If you are using water to clean your warmer ensure it is fully dry before using it again. Remove all residue before changing to a different fragrance.

Can wax melts spit, bubble or catch fire?

Wax melts should not spit or bubble, if your wax melts do then this is a sign that water or moisture has made its way in to the wax. If this happens make sure you;

Turn of the warmer or blow out the candle.

Remove all the wax from the dish of the burner and thoroughly clean the warmer so there is no left-over residue.

Wax melts should be stored in a dry place and not be exposed to moisture.

Wax melts should not catch fire as they should NOT be exposed to a naked flame.

What tea-lights should i use?

Standard 2/4-hour tea-lights should be used in your tea-light warmer. We do not advise to use anything more. Scented tea-lights should not be used either as these can burn to hot and can be dangerous.

Wax Melts Safety Instructions

Our wax melts are crafted to provide a delightful fragrance experience for your home. To ensure your safety and the best results, please follow these guidelines:

    Usage Instructions:

    • Burner Compatibility: Wax melts are suitable for use in both electric and tea-light burners. Ensure that your burner is specifically designed for wax melts.

    • Placement: Place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from curtains, draughts, and other flammable materials.

    • Wax Amount: Do not overfill the burner. Use a small amount of wax melt, allowing room for the wax to melt without spilling over.

    • Heating: Light a tea light candle underneath the burner or switch on your electric burner. Allow the wax to melt and release its fragrance.

    • Monitoring: Keep an eye on the burner while in use and extinguish the flame or turn off the electric burner after the desired time.

    Safety Precautions:

    • Do Not Consume: The product is not edible. If accidentally ingested, seek medical advice immediately.

    • Supervision: Never leave the burner unattended while in use. Always extinguish the tea light candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.

    • Children and Pets: Ensure that the burner is out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental contact or ingestion.

    • Burner Movement: Do not attempt to move the burner while the wax is hot. Allow the wax to cool and solidify before handling.

    • Water Addition: Do not add water or any other liquids to the wax, as this may cause splattering or damage to the burner.

    • Tea Light Selection: Use only unscented tea light candles that burn for no more than four hours. Longer-burning tea lights may cause the wax to overheat and splatter.

    • Drafts and Flammable Items: Keep the burner away from drafts, vents, and flammable objects to prevent accidental fires.
