Delivery to UK Postcodes Only:

Shipping Method: Vashti Aromas uses Royal Mail 2nd Class for all orders.

Dispatch Time: We aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Times: We will make all reasonable efforts to meet these dispatch times, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as poor weather conditions.

Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us at info@vashti-aromas.co.uk.

Compensation and Responsibility: If there are issues with compensation from the delivery company, we will either refund or replace your order. In cases where delivery companies incorrectly direct you to us, please complete the compensation process directly with them. While we are ultimately responsible, the delivery company must first rectify their own errors. We will intervene if they fail to provide compensation.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues: If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs. Additionally, we are not responsible for re-sending items. Any refunds issued will be minus the shipping costs.

Additional Charges: Large volume orders may incur additional shipping charges, which will be discussed with you prior to dispatch.
Returns and Refunds

Product Variations: As our products are hand-produced, there may be minor variations between batches and individual items.

Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as when received and undamaged.
Return Postage

Change of Mind: If you are returning items due to a change of mind (e.g., not liking selected scents), you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Defective Items: If items are defective (note that wax bars broken in transit do not qualify as defective), we will refund the return postage costs. Please be aware that some scents may be less perceptible to a minority of people.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Ineligible Refunds: If the product is damaged or if the return is initiated after 30 calendar days from receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.
